Yes you can join our mailing list and we will send you all details on New Arrival in our online shop as soon as possible.

How soon after I place my order will it arrive?

Please allow 10 to 15 business days for processing and delivery for stamp, coins, bank notes and phonecards. Please allow 3 weeks to receive orders shipped to foreign addresses.

Do you charge a handling fee?
No there is not any handling fee on any purchase.

I have tried to place an order through your store but I cannot get the order to complete. What should I do?

I placed an order, but want to cancel it. What should I do?

Because of the expedited services we offer to our online customers, we cannot guarantee the cancellation of your order before it is shipped. To cancel your order, please contact services@aliphilatelic.com include your order number and date. Our office will make every attempt to cancel your order. If your order shipped it is not cancelled.

I placed an order for stamps at least ten business days ago and still have not received any information. What should I do?

The quickest way to check on your order is by visiting your online order status page. From here you can view and track all of your order detail. If you are still experiencing problems, please contact services@aliphilatelic.com  and include the following information:

  • Full billing name
  • Billing address submitted with your order
  • Amount of the order
  • Date your order was placed.
  • Shipping address (if different from the billing address)
  • Reference number if available

A customer service representative will contact you via e-mail within 24 hours.
