How soon after I place my

business days for processing and delivery for stamp, coins, bank notes and
phonecards. Please allow 3 weeks to receive orders shipped to
foreign addresses.
Do you charge a handling fee?
No there is not any handling fee on any
purchase.

order through your store but I cannot get the order to
complete. What should I do?

I placed an
order, but want to cancel it. What should I do?
Because of the expedited services we offer to
our online customers, we cannot guarantee the cancellation of
your order before it is shipped. To cancel your order, please
contact services@aliphilatelic.com include
your order number and date. Our office will make every attempt
to cancel your order. If your order shipped it is not
cancelled.

not received any information. What should I do?

and track all of your order detail. If you are still

- Billing address submitted with your order
- Amount of the order
- Date your order was placed.
- Shipping address (if different from the billing address)
